Bus late and over booked

We at bus traveling from Kimberly to Joburg, firstly the bus is an hour late and over booked. We got seated in the seats down stairs at the back where the engine is and the noise is unbearable but our original seats were 12 C&D. The hostess tells us there's nothing she can do..This is unacceptable..
