BUS IS OVER 3 HOURS LATE

Been waiting for over three hours for the greyhound bus to Potchefstroom. Received message 30 minute later that the bus will be late. No further detail provided. No constant communication or where they are. No alternative bus provided. Called the customer service and the consultant had an styitude like I am not allowed to complain. I'm very disappointed and will notbuse greyhound ever again. Been checking other reviews and it seems like this is the norm.
