Bus from phalaborwa to joburg

Their service is poor. Their customer consultants are rude. Stuck on the N4 for more than 3 hours without a backup. They keep giving us false promises. A promise of backup at 15h30 was made but still no bus. It's cold n it's getting late They just don't care
