Bus drivers carrying guns to threated the customers

On the 27/06/2024. The Catiliner bus that pass Ixopo to Johannesburg had driver that was very rude, arrogant, anger management issues and dangerous. He had a gun with him during work. He threated me I felt unsafe. My sister and children were very scared. the journey was not enjoyable for them . The greyhound is not the bus of choice. The controllers have no idea with their policies including gun policy at work.
