Bus driver Ryan en-route to PE harrassing my 16yr old son as we speak :(
<p>My 16yr old son is currently en-route to PE departure 5:45pm from Jhb Park Station. He's all alone and freaking out because this bus driver Ryan is trying to ****** R150 cash from him. He's being threatened that i his mother better ewallet R150 to him now so he can get it at the next stop.</p> <p>PLS HELP my son!!!
My son has begged me to ewallet him the R150 the bus driver Ryan and the bus hostess Bianca are demanding, he's p0anicking and feeling unsafel.; I have no choice but to send the money. He is instructed to immediately go withdraw the cash at the ATM bus stop and pay it over. I can't believe this is happening?! My 16 year old is alone with strangers on a 16 hour trip and nobody to protect him from this trauma!!! I can only pray that they will not harrass him any further. I have asked for a receipt 3 hours ago. Am still waiting for the proof of payment for this R150 ewallet.
Why when i asked to upgrade him at the info counter and again at the checkin counter i was told that because it was an online payment, upgrades weren't allowed as we weren't in posession of the original ticket. Yet why is it the story changes in the dark of the night, on the bus, with nobody to protect my son and has to be paid in cash via ewallet in a menacing way. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE AT GREYHOUND CITILINER that they get away with this despicable way they treat not just customers but CHILDREN?! IM SICKENED TO MY STOMACH, YOU ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO YOUR VISION AND TO YOUR INDUSTRY GREYHOUND!!!
