BUS DRIVER DUMPED OLD WOMAN IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHE

i am a 57 year old woman travelled on CitiLiner Bus the 2pm bus (which was almost an our late)on 26 march 2016 from jhb park station going to bulawayo in zimbabwe. When we got to the Musina boarder at 11pm i discovered had a problem with my documents resulting in me having to return to SA and not proceed with my journey. Now the bus drivers were not sympathetic did not even want to assist me get a bus back even though i paid full fare. was told to rush off the bus and search for my luggage off the trailer in the dark coz other passengers were waiting to go. i was left with heavy luggage in the middle of nowhere they did not bother to make sure i was safe.luckily some drunk young man who saw the sad incident offered to help me. he carried my one bag on his head and my other suitcase on his left hand. we walked for 1& half km uphill crossing to the other side of the boarder to search for buses going back to SA. It was now past midnight and i didnt even know this guy as we walked i was just praying he does not mug or **** me. Is this how Citi Liner trains its employees, to disrespect elders and get rid of customers who have a problem. i have never felt so small and humiliated.
