Bus delays with no updates

Im writing this review while waiting for a bus at Parkstation Jhb. Citiliner bus is delayed supposed to leave at 8am by more than 1hour 30 minutes with no updates from the company. Only sms was send 40 minutes after the bus was supposed to leave. They never offered apology or updates about their. Stop hiring drunkards, who never show up to work on time. I expected more professionalism from this company. According to me you don't deserve even a star on my review. What a shameful experience. I had to walk up to the office upstairs but even them they were not sure what's going on or even to update on delayed time. Now it's 9:30am Managers and employees all drunkards. Tried phoned the call centre they said, there was no manager or team leader either to take my complaints they don't have complaints department either, Poor service all round.
