Bus delay frustration

I booked a Greyhound bus from Midrand to Cape Town on April 26, 2023. However, the bus was supposed to pick us up at 16:55, but it didn't arrive until 5:30. The person at the Midrand office informed us that the bus was running late from the depot station, so they arranged for us to board an Eldo Coaches bus to get to Park Station. While en route, we were informed that the Greyhound bus was running late, so they wanted to take us on the Starlight route to Park Station to avoid traffic. Despite this, the bus still did not arrive when we reached Park Station at around 18:00. We waited for approximately 30 minutes, and the lady at Park Station repeatedly told us that the bus was only 15 minutes away. However, we received an SMS at 19:05 informing us that the bus would be delayed for another 1 hour 45 minutes. We finally boarded the bus past 10 pm, but there was no apology or explanation provided for the significant delay. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this bus service to anyone.
