BUS DELAY

I would like to complain about the the service I received from Greyhound bus services. The bus was delayed for about 2hr 20 minutes.<br> <br> They didn't even bother to let me know as a customer so that I could know whats going on. I had to call them first and they sent me an sms after I had called them. I was also promised a call back but they never did.<br> <br> I understand that there might have been unforeseen circumstances but I had to call them myself and that's not the treatment we expect from such company whom we hold high regard of.<br> <br> My bus was suppose to arrive a 21:00 in JHB but because of the delay it will probably arrive at midnight.What could have been a walking distance to my house now I will have to take a meter taxi which I didnt budget for because that wont be only too late but for my safety as well.<br> <br> Am really not happy about this
