Bus delay

I booked a bus for the mum and brother departing Park Station on Saturday 2 May at 8.30pm, expected to arrive in Byo on 3 May at 8.30am. Can you imagine the horror I felt when my family sent me a message around 3am that they were changing buses because they were on a bus that had an Expired Permit!!!!!! are you kidding me right now, how does a bus leave the station with an expired permit? My family only arrived in Bulawayo after 8pm on the 3rd of May, 12hrs later than the expected arrival time. Greyhound is slowly and surely losing its reputation as the best luxury coach service.
