bus broke down

This bus is starting to loose all the respect it has. Taking greyhound was the worst mistake. This bust left Richards bay @10am. The bus broke down in Melmorth at 12 till now we are still waiting for a mechanic. We don't know where this echanic is coming from no one bothers to even explain what the hell is going on or even to inform passengers if we will sleep here or go back or what!! This is so unacceptable!! We always travel with Intercape and we have never seen such with Intercape they know how treat customers not this. We are in the middle of the bush and safety??? You need to sort this out because we paid our fares it not like it's a promotion here. All the people here are complaining and everyone is going to request Intercape bus starts this route as well as you do not have competitors maybe that's why you treat customers like peaces of ****!!!we are really disappointed!!
