Bus BreakDown

I booked a bus ticket for my mum from Durban to Ermelo on the 21.02.2016 @7h15am, at 12pm the bus breaks down in Melmoth and was repaired four hours later, passengers were informed that meals would be given to them in Vryheid as a gesture for the wait. I do understand the bus breaking down and whilst waiting my mum gave whatever drinks she could to a child on the bus who was thirsty and bother from the wait. Whats pathetic is that Vryheid cam no food given, Ermelo came still nothing, being Diabetic she reached Ermelo starving and de-hydrated, the entire night she suffered with pains and cramps.<br> <br> I find it pathetic that Grayhound can make such empty promises and treat customer like that<br> <br> I am truly disgusted<br>
