Bus arrives Late

<p>On 1 August 2016 was trevelling from Bloemfontein to George the bus was late for 1h30 of which I found it inappropriate since we pay for the service. Under their T&C the ticket is non refundable meaning that even though I'm realizing that I will be late to work I can't get my money back to look for alternative transport. They can't expect us to comply whereas them they can't comply with their own schedule that they have set </p>
