Bus always late on arrival

This is not the first time that this bus is late. It was supposed to pick us up at 7:15 but the told us the bus is only going to be here at half past 9. This happens 9 out of 10 times with them and they always have some s..... excuse. I am never going to use their service again and wont recommend anyone to do so as well
