Bungled telephonic booking

I booked telephonically for transport from Pietermaritzburg to Ladysmith, as I then found that the coach no longer comes to Newcastle! The lady in the other end reiterated that there are no refunds. Books an intercape for my mother, but in actual fact it was a greyhound she's booked. My mother was left stranded.
