BULLSH*T SERVICE!! SEEMS LIKE A DAMN ****!!

This is the WORST bus service EVER!!! 3hr delay with no communication and staff DOES NOT CARE AT ALL!! Their customer service line doesn’t even answer the phone. When I call them it says Im the second caller in the queue and that’s when they hang up!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE AT ALL!! It’ll be quicker to walk to Cape Town from JHB than to wait for their bus to arrive!!
