Good day,

I have never seen such a **** service. From Midrand we were promised that we would swap from City liner to Greyhound at JHB Park Station, apparently that was a lie. We get here they are telling us we will swap busses in Bloemfontein.

This bus is so filthy and there's also cocorouches. This is the same experience that a person I booked for yesterday experienced. You people are so unprofessional to the highest level. Even the attendents are RUDE. On top of that the Bus arrives in Bloemfontein, leaves us outside and goes to exchange our luggage at some place we do not know off without us as a passengers.
