Breakdown in Montrose

I boarded the bus in Durban at 9.to pm coming to Heidelberg jhb. All was good until we got stuck halfway. The driver's didn't inform us what was going on they just tried to start the bus after several attempts with no success that's when they chose to come and tell us that they have a breakdown and another bus will be coming from Durban and then nothing. No other communication. We just sat on this dark hot bus. Another bus did come through at 8am and I don't think anything was said to the driver. He asked the people if anyone is getting of at villiers and someone said yes so before my stop I told him Heidelberg but when it came to my turn off he carried on driving until tolls him Heidelberg again. This drver obviously didn't know ttha the bus now stops at the mall when I told him that he really didn't know where to go. He dropped me off at the wrong entrance and when I phoned customer care all she said was sorry for the inconvenience
