Booking agent confirms incorrect seats

<p>I pay a little extra for supposedly a good seat on greyhound , lower level</p> <p>Booking agent at midrand is all confused, stoically tells my driver and I that 5b is on upper level. So I go up and down the stairs to confirm, sore as hell as I had just met with an accident and in pain. The seat clearly shows 6 and the Booker from midrand kiosk insists it 5 b</p> <p> </p> <p>I sit upstairs from midrand to park station until the new driver states 5b is on lower level</p> <p> </p> <p>Booker should be well versed in the seats right ??? And with me in pain don't make it any easier </p> <p> </p>
