Booking a sleepliner and getting a smelly mega coa

I booked online from Cape Town to Johannesburg 18:50 bus from Bellville to Johannesburg. The bus was supposed to be a dreamliner, which is more comfortable and allows you to relax as you travel through the night. On Friday (26/06/15) we received an sms saying that we were going to get a mega coach (this was late for me to cancel the booking and find alternative transport). The toilet in the mega coach was very smelly, a passenger had to use their own air freshener to make the air bearable in the bus, otherwise it was very bad, especially when someone visits the toilet. Secondly, the bus only arrived in Johannesburg around 2:30pm when we were scheduled to arrive at 1:20 pm. A friend of mine missed his connecting bus to Malawi because of the delays (apparently the drivers were waiting for customers who were not at the bus terminus on time and at times we had to wait for about 20 minutes, and they would only move the bus after we complained.) There was no communication with passengers regarding why were waiting, it was only until we asked, that we were told that we were waiting for a passenger.
