BOOKED GREYHOUND PREMIUM, TRAVELLED IN A CITILINER WITH ****ROACHES!!!! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

I booked a GREYHOUND PREMIUM bus online from Midrand to Queenstown on the 7th April. A greyhound bus didninfact pick us up, dropped us off in JHB and we had to transfer to another bus. The bus we transferred to was a CITILINER, which was cleaned in our presence (not passenger ready). As if that wasn’t worse, there were ****roaches all over the bus.

I booked a Greyhound Premium bus, PAID for a Greyhound premium bus, why the hell am I traveling in a citiliner that has ****roaches going up and down my food?

If I wanted to travel using citiliner, I would have done so. This is ***** and contravenes consumer protection act. Why am I getting a different product versus the one I paid for?
