Booked Bus I had ticket for, never showed, no communication possible -

Booked and paid for a ticket from Worcester to Klerksdorp for 19 June 2020 with departure time 20:15. Bus never arrived. Waited over 2 hours in cold. None of the 4 Greyhound numbers worked, of which 2 are supposed to be 24 hours. The have not sent any messages via SMS or Whatsapp regarding reasons, despite requiring to provide 2 numbers for this purpose when ticket bought. Tried again the next day saturday to phone all numbers - 2 keeps ringing and other 2 remains engaged. They are still keeping my money at date hereof. Very disappointed.
