Book Intercape instead!!!!

I can never accept the FOUR HOUR!!! delay that they imposed on us from anyone. And the staff kept saying the bus is around the corner, claiming it just 20 minutes away for 4hours! Laughing at our restlessness even. I missed my father’s funeral because of their unreasonable delay, something they couldn’t be less bothered about but has altered my life experience. The most disheartening part was hearing, as we waited desperately for a bus, that the very same thing had happened the day before. They have no idea what they are doing and no refunds or recourse is available to you the ‘injured’.
