Beyond Pathetic!!!

Ever since I started using Greyhound coach lines last year I do not remember a trip where everything was smooth sailing and the trip incident-free. Each time I have let it pass, but yesterday was the worst. The bus was 3 hours late and no explanation was given! The frustrating part is that my son was travelling to Reitz in the Free State, which means that the bus would leave him at Bethlehem and then he proceeds to Reitz where there is no public transport going there. How was he expected to proceed now when the bus did not keep to its scheduled time? How were we supposed to make arrangements for him to be collected? The overall service of Greyhound now is rapidly deteriorating. Greyhound used to be the best coach services with the best buses and best service but now I am not sure whether they have changed management or they are cutting costs. But whatever that they are doing is negatively impacting their delivery
