Best service received from personnel

I must say ever since I started engaging with the personnel from Greyhound I have been receiving great service. From the first time I was booking my bus ticket over the phone. The call centre staff is really friendly they give you the information that you want even more. Even on the day of the trip which was the 20th November our bus was for 21:00 from Johannesburg park station to Durban. The drivers were so friendly and their driving was excellent, I would give a 5 but the bus was not cleaned. The floor was dirty with ****roaches. Please do something about those roaches because I have seen other people complain about them as well.
