BEST SERVICE NOW TURNED WORST SERVICE

I am going to keep this short and simple coz it has already taken alot of my energy and time.

1. I booked a ticket from Dbn to Parkstation Johannesburg to depart at 21-10pm on Sunday night amd arrive at 05 - 55am on Monday morning.

This booking was made on the 19th July with a credit which i had after i cancelled my wifes and daughters ticket after they had a bad experience with greyhound.

When i received the ticket i saw it had the wrong dates and it had 31 Aug to 1 Sep and not what i wanted. (PLZ SEE ATTACHED)

I then logged a complain with a consultant and they said they will listen to the call and get back to me. I had no feedback regarding the call.

So i then used the credit of R370 and paid another R50 to secure the booking with the correct dates since i needed to sort my transportation and the call center was takin very long to get back to me. The correct dates was booked (PLZ SEE ATTACHED)

Then knowing that Greyhound will Arrive at 05:55am at parkstation i booked Eldo coaches to depart from parkstation to Lenasia at 06 : 10am.

On the 31st July at Dbn Station the greyhound premium arrived 25 min late and left dbn station late.

Then at dbn station when i attempted to get into the lower deck to try and get a seat (when i booked i wanted the dreamliner bottom section), i was restricted access by a person that Refused to allow me in no matter how hard i tried, he then asked what dreamliner im talking about and said something like its a G47 section.

I had no option but to go upstairs, and as i expected the seats were not what i wanted upstairs.

Then when we got to Harrismith i was given 15 minutes of which i had to rush like crazy, the bus took about 45 min to leave Harrismith montrose. So what did i rush for???

Then i got to parkstation on the 1st August not at 05 - 55am but about 07 - 15am which was way over the stipulated time of 05 - 55am.

I missed the eldo coaches from parkstation to lenasia because that was scheduled to leave at 6-10am. I was going to get of the greyhound and hop in to eldo coaches to come to lenasia.

Then when i requested the person at the terminal to put me on the next Eldo coach bus she told me the last bus left 30 min ago which was about 30 min ago. 30min ago was about 07.00am. I told her that it is not possible coz when i booked the Eldo from Parkstation to Lenasia the latest time in the day i saw was 08 : 30am and now its 07 : 30am so there has to be another bus according to the internet.

I was very upset and disappointed coz now even the website of eldo coaches had given the wrong time.

I had to take a bolt to lenasia.

Sir i assume eldo coaches was golden wheels before and we used to use it, but i am extremely disappointed and upset with the treatment i received.
