Bad treatment by the drivers

Today I arrived from Mthatha to Johannesburg...firstly our bus delayed which is expected when you travel. Secondly,we were forced to get out of the bus we were traveling in ,into another bus which is strange,coz all we knew was that,the bus comes from EL to PTA. No changing of buses was mantioned to us. When I ask one of the drivers what was going coz I was late already,he became furious and cursed at me in front of the passengers.this was the worst experience for me.
