Bad travelling experience

On 19 December I was travelling from Strand to Mosselbay.<br> Departure time was 17:10 but the bus got there at 19:10.<br> After the luggage was loaded I got into the bus and we waited for about another 45 min.<br> On the N2 there was a plastic container lying in the road, the bus driver stopped and asked one of the passengers to get out and pick it up. The bus driver was driving with one hand most of the time as he was scratching his head with the other hand or busy on his cellphone.<br> At Swellendam we were pulled over at the weigh bridge because we were overloaded.We had to wait there for another taxi to come and get the extra luggage.<br> I asked the bus driver many times how long will it take for the taxi to come because I had to leave Mosselbay early the next morning. He couldn't give me an answer and just said that he doesn't know from where the taxi is coming and how long it will take. I was very uncomfortable as theas the bus driver explained everything to the passengers in Xhosa and I couldn't understand a word so I had to asked one of the passengers to explain. <br> I expected to be in Mosselbay at 22:30 and got there at 2:00. I would never make use of the service again and not recommend it
