Bad travel experience

I booked a greyhound bus to travel to Richards Bay on the 17th November 2022. Firstly we were given a Citiliner bus, instead of a Greyhound bus. I was not happy about that. The bus was scheduled to leave at 08:00 in the morning, but it left at 08:30, because the employees othat are responsible of getting us into the bus were disorganised.

The bus that we travelled in was full of ****raches. It was so uncomfortable to enjoy the ride. We told the bus driver and his assistant about the roaches and he said he was given this bus and there's nothing he can do about the ****raches. They were everywhere and they were worse at the toilet.

The bus was scheduled to arrive at Richards Bay at 18:00, but we arrived at 19:30. I expected to have a satisfying journey, but it turned into a nightmare.
