Bad transport services ever

I booked a bus (Greyhound, citiliner) for 7 March 2023 at 7:10am, Arrived at the bus station and waited with no clear update on when exactly will the bus arrive, its 12:37 and still no updatwas suppose to be at Joburg by 17:00pm .. Im very disappointed and annoyed . Imagine having to wait for 7 hours for a bus with a small child , i would like to request for a refund as I have now made use of other transport that’s reliable and takes other peoples trips serious. Greyhound has the worst service ever.
