Bad South African bus services

We booked with Greyhound / Citiliner. I wanted to cancel a ticket they never answered the phone, the que on the line keeps changing, and instead of going to person it just loops. Also they did not say there is an shuttle service taking people to the JHB Station, there the staff did not care, the drivers were just as unhelpful and they don't speak English ever. Pathetic people in this pathetic company has no people skills or manners, it is a typical South African company run by the majority of black people. It is sad that serves has to be so bad under BEE.
