Bad servises

I am in a Citiliner bus to Cape Town. Depart at 17:40 & arrival is 9:30 at Bellville. There are two drivers and the one that doesn't care about customers is the slim with longer bears. He is keeping all the front seats for his friends or girl friends, I have a small language which I want it to be next to me in a bigger space seat. He doesn't even do the exception of giving the only one seat.

He occupied 6 seats for himself, & it's smelling *** in the bus, there is a bad smell inside the bus... it's smelling *****...

My uncles & aunts are using the bus, for me was the first time & the last. Time...

They only want themselves to be comfortably...

The ones who payed the money is not taken into consideration
