Bad Service wouldn`t recommend them to anyone

We booked a premium ticket from Cape town to Johannesburg on the Saturday the 8th October 2022 . After being dropped off at Bellville we waited longer for the bus to arrive on top of that they brought a citiliner instead of a luxury coach which according to us this was day *******. Apology sms were sent after 2 hours . From what I gather this is actually a trend for them to do that. I tried calling the call centre to get my refund on *** just rings and then drops off. The bus was dirty inside with a staunch smell. A ride from hell
