Bad service. Worst customer care.

Almost 2 months into logging a complaint about the terrible service I received on one of their coaches which included a driver and i having a verbal go at each other in a bus full of passengers because they messed up, it has still not been resolved. They don't even respond to emails. I had to follow up with them, for over two weeks for them to send me a pathetic generic email. And not even a decent apology! I do not see myself taking their buses ever again!!
