Bad service very bad

Greyhound and eldo coaches don't treat customers they promise 5 star treatment but they don't even meet it , on the 6 /11/2022 a bus that was supposed to leave jhb Park Station @8am it left @11:30 and the drivers don't know the directions they had to keep on asking directions from ppl and whn you call they customer care they also don't have answers
