Bad service from greyhound and management

i booked a business class ticket for my fiance from Bellville to Beaufort West today.The bus was an hour late and there was no explanation or apology from anyone. When the bus eventually arrived it was a normal greyhound bus with no business class seats.The manager MR.Diamond was so arrogant that he told my fiance she can either take the bus or get off and they will refund the money.The bus is in such a bad condition the seats are torn and the air conditioner makes so much noise.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable if this is the type of service you offer i will never make use of your service again or recommend anyone to use your service.
