Bad service from Greyhound

Had the worst experience of my life...the bus left JHB for CT late, the aircorn didn't work. We waited 2 whole hours for them to change drivers half way to cape Town the instead of arriving at 12:30 we arrived 4 hours later. On returning back to JHB, the conditions were no better there was no charging point where we where seated. The door down stairs didn't close and was banging the whole trip and our luggage was not even checked in properly
