Bad service from Drivers of Greyhound

Date: 11 October 2015<br> Departure time from Durban: 11h09<br> Arrival time at halfway stop: 15h00<br> Departure from halfway stop: 16:25<br> Expected arrival time at Pretoria: 21:30<br> <br> The bus service that we've experienced with Greyhound on the said above date has been appalling and disrespectful. We arrived at the halfway stop and as passengers we were requested to be back in the bus within 30 mins, which every passenger made a point to be in time. However, the bus took off after an hour. There was no driver in the bus within that hour and all doors were closed & the aircon was off in temperatures close to 30o.<br> The most disturbing was the fact that we were not updated on why the bus left late and there was no driver available at any point, until an hour later.<br> <br> <br> <br>
