Bad service from Citiliner

Good day

On Friday, 28 December I travelled with Citiliner with my son from Mthatha to Pretoria. I am very disappointed with the bus and the service.

When I boarded the bus the toilet was stinking, i doubt it had been cleaned in days. That’s unhygienic to travel for more than 12 hours with a toilet that’s not clean. The seats were broken, I don’t know how we were expected to seat on broken seats and travel such a long distance.

In 22Km after we left Mthatha, I contacted your contact Centre and the gentleman who assisted me promised to speak to the driver and get back to me. I am still waiting for his call to date and not that the driver came to me besides the second driver was rude. The phone call was made at 16:45 to ********** .

When we got to Pretoria the next day, I went to the office to report the matter , a lady who’s a team leader gave me her email address and asked me to send the complaint via email. I emailed her and to this date I have not received any correspondence.

I sent a private message via Citiliner page on Facebook, they promised to call me and get all the details, to date nothing has been done.

Citiliner does not care about customers as long as the bus is full all is well for them.
