BAD SERVICE 👎

I am very disappointed with the Greyhound service, we booked the tickets on 26th of June 2022 for our trip to Durban on the 25th of August 2022 but the service was poor, I have traveled with Greyhound before and it was 1 of the best coaches and the service we get now its horrible, horrible and horrible. We booked Greyhound bus and we got citiliner instead without any explanation whatsoever and also we waited 1 hour 30 minutes at park station, the bus was for 22h00 but we left 23h45. We really would like to have refunds because we paid for Greyhound not citiliner and we were also shouted at when we asked why are we getting into a citiliner bus because that is not what we paid for.
