Bad service

From good to terrible service booked a citiliner 14/01/2023 ticket for 20h15 arrived on time the bus was late when it arrived it was very bad in a way that it got stucked on our way to Jhb from Durban the driver never helped with information on when the other bus will come had to wait for seven hours to reach my destiny and the bad thing was was the time to do what I travelled for was already over had to return without doing anything very sad
