Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the bad service, first day of operation it was 30 minutes late no communication at... we had to walk from park station to the outside building to catch the bus opposite ST John. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. YOUR LIFE MATTERS
