Bad service

I’m really disappointed by the service I’m receiving from greyhound, firstly can they do regular maintenance on the buses as the seats are filthy and you can see buses are not properly cleaned, another thing that we been complaining to the drivers about 3 times I used the bus was the aircon, I mean I travel from Polokwane to Johannesburg and the temperatures are ridiculously high, in all occasions have I traveled there has always been an issue with the aircon, and not forgetting that greyhound can never be on time, twice have it been more than 30min late and never has anyone explained to us the reason for that, the service is really detoriating it’s disappointing
