Bad service

What a bad service I got a Greyhound Citi liner, there was no communication with me at all, they did not tell me that my ticket was canceled a long time ago by them and no one on their side called me to tell me this, until I called today and found out myself today that the ticket was canceled. What would have happened to me if I did not call them today, I would be stranded at night alone with no ticket in Cape Town Station. I was not happy at all with their lack of communication someone should have called me and told me because I did pay on time.
