Bad service, all over on the road and backup service re: customer service is none existing!

Worst service, worst liner. No one should ever use them ever. No customer service. Pathetic liner, filty bus, absolutely rude staff both on the line not to mention the customer service. Hope your business goes down in flames! That will be the nicest thing that could happen!
