Bad service

Good day

My name is Kgolofelo Bella Monama I have booked 5 tickets from Cape Town to Pretoria bus leaving on the 5th of January 2026 at 18:00 from Cape Town I must say I was not happy with the bus that we were traveling with it was struggling to go up the steep hills and there were ****roaches in the bus, the charging ports were not working and when we got to park station they moved us to another bus which was in a bad condition it smelled urine

You can do better Greyhound as I know this company to have been the best but now I am very disappointed I know you will not care much because you have already received our funds but as a paying customer I deserved better.
