Bad service

Poor service and lack of communication. I booked a bus ticket when it was R370 and they took time to approve it. I had to query about it and that's when they told me unfortunately the price has increased by R50. I topped up with that R50 and got my ticket. The day came for me to leave and the bus was 3 hours late, never again shame. Bad service
