bad service

Greyhound/citiliner should not even get any stars. My mom has been waiting over 9 hours for a bus to reach her in Empangeni. I have phoned 5 times. first time i got told that there was another bus coming. 2nd call no answer. 3rd call I was told that the bus was 15 km outside of Richards bay. 4th and 5th call i was first in line on the phone and it redialed to their main page . As i type this im still waiting for them to pick up their phones. this is messed up. how can they do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they should have just stayed closed.
