Bad Service

we made plans to go from johannesburg to bella bella on tuesday the 18th november 2019 to 22nd november 2019 to go away but use the bus (Grey Hound), first the bus araived late with 45min in Bella Bella. The aircons did not work in the bus as it was extremely hot. On the 22nd the Bus once again was late. wr had to change so many thing due to the times we had lost because of this. we had to arrange other transportation because of this. We did not even receive any notification to say the bus will be late. I will never recommend this service to anyone again.
