Bad Service.

What a bad service this company is providing to the people... I requested a refund back last year on the 15 of December 2022, till now no one has called me back regarding my refund. Instead, it's me calling and they are now telling me stories regarding my refund back.

Last year I called them before the I was about to live for Cape Town, and they told me that their system had cancelled out my ticket and I asked them how because I did pay on time and had I did not call who was going to tell me the ticket was cancelled????

Very bad service even their call center people they do not know how to speak to people, they are rude, very rude...

I really want my money back...
